M21-14SFG Special Forces Big Dog by C.R.K.T.
Designed by retired US Army Sergeant Major and knife maker Kit Carson, the C.R.K.T. M21-14SFG Special Forces Big Dog is a large folding knife built around a deep-bellied spear-point blade, textured G-10 handle scales and an enhanced blade-locking safety system. Its substantial size and combination-edge blade make it suited to demanding cutting tasks, including working with rope, webbing and other fibrous materials.
The blade features 1.4116 stainless steel with a black titanium nitride finish, providing a low-reflective surface and added protection against corrosion. CRKT's patented Veff Serrations are designed to improve cutting performance on fibrous materials, while the broad cutting belly supports general utility work. Dual Carson Flippers assist with blade deployment and form a guard when the blade is open.
The stainless steel InterFrame construction is paired with black G-10 scales, which provide a textured gripping surface. A liner-lock mechanism secures the blade when open, while the AutoLAWKS safety adds a secondary locking function. The four-position pocket clip can be configured for different carry positions on belts or compatible gear; CRKT cautions against tip-up in-pocket carry for this model.
