Freescape Hatchet by GERBER
The GERBER Freescape Hatchet is a compact chopping tool designed for practical campsite duties. Its forged-steel head and slim profile provide a useful combination of chopping capability and manageable carry, making it suited to preparing kindling, cutting small sections of wood and other general camp tasks.
The composite handle uses glass-filled nylon with a soft-touch over-mould to provide a secure, comfortable grip. The blade has a low-friction black PTFE coating and a specialised grind designed to improve cutting performance through wood. A removable sheath protects the blade when the hatchet is being carried or stored, while the sheath can also be stored within the handle when not in use.
