The OPINEL Stainless No. 4 is a compact folding pocket knife designed for small, precise cutting tasks. Its convenient size makes it suitable for opening packaging, model-making and other light-duty jobs where a larger knife may be unnecessary. With its traditional wooden handle and simple folding design, it offers the practical functionality associated with OPINEL pocket knives.
The 50 mm blade is made from modified Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, selected for its cutting performance and resistance to corrosion. The steel is designed to retain a useful cutting edge while requiring relatively little maintenance under normal conditions. The natural beechwood handle provides a comfortable grip and features the distinctive grain and colour variations of this traditional French timber.
This No. 4 model does not have a Virobloc safety ring, so the blade is not equipped with the locking mechanism found on larger OPINEL models. Take care when opening, using and folding the knife, keeping fingers clear of the blade's path.
