How to Measure - Stand on a piece of paper and mark around your foot.  Measure heel to toe (Lenght) and across at the widest point (Width). To measure your instep, wrap a soft, flexible tape measure around the highest point of your midfoot and the bottom of your arch. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure while standing with your weight distributed evenly so your foot flattens.
